Bra Size Guides by Brand

Find out which sizing system a brand uses, link to its official size guide, and see what the brand itself says about fit before you choose a size.

Good to know: a brand can show different size labels on different products, stockists or country websites. Always check the size system shown for the item you are buying.

Sizing gets confusing when these are treated as the same thing.

Brand sizing questions

Frequently asked questions

Why can the same size fit differently between brands?

Brands design and grade their bras differently: wire shape, cup depth, fabric and band firmness all vary. Two bras labeled 32F from different brands can fit quite differently, so use each brand’s own guidance as well as your usual size.

Should I order my UK size or my US size?

Use the sizing system the shop or storefront is using for that product. Most US brands use US sizes, but letters after DD differ (for example ThirdLove writes F (DDD)). Some UK brands use UK sizes on every site (Curvy Kate says its US site lists UK sizes), while others switch to US sizes on their US site (Freya). Check the brand guide and the product page.

Can I trust the conversion printed on a label?

Labels follow the brand’s own conversion, which may differ from other brands’. If you are unsure, use the brand’s official size guide for that storefront and our size converter as a cross-check.

Do you test these brands’ bras?

No. These guides summarize what each brand publishes about its sizing, checked on the date shown. They are not product reviews, and we do not have a relationship with the brands.

Should I sister size when trying a new brand?

Start with your usual size in that brand’s sizing system. If the cups fit but the band feels too firm or too loose, a sister size may be worth trying.

How we write brand guides

Brand guides summarize each brand’s own published information, with the date it was checked. Brands do not pay to appear, and we do not currently have any brand partnerships. Spotted something out of date? Let us know.
