Who we are

Bra Size (thebrasize.com) is run by Jenisha Jonchhe, an individual based in New York, USA. She is responsible for how personal information is handled on this site. You can contact her about privacy at info@thebrasize.com.

Measurements and tool answers

• The bra size calculator, sister size calculator, converter, size chart and fit checker run in your web browser.
• Your measurements and fit-checker answers are not sent to us, saved, or added to the web address.
• When you move between our tools, a size label (such as 32DD, never a measurement) may be passed in the part of the address after “#”. Browsers do not send this part to websites’ servers.
• Reloading or closing the page clears what you entered. We do not use cookies or browser storage to remember your size.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

We do not currently use analytics, advertising, session-recording or social media tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies. Our fonts are served from our own website rather than a third party.

If we add analytics or advertising in future, we will update this notice first, ask for your consent where the law requires it, and we will not send measurements or fit-checker answers to those services.

Hosting

Like any website, the service that hosts our pages receives technical information needed to deliver them, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is handled by our hosting provider for security and reliability.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to reply and to improve the site, and we delete messages we no longer need. Emails to info@thebrasize.com are forwarded to a Gmail inbox, so Google processes them under its own privacy terms. Please don’t include body measurements or other sensitive information.

Shopping links to Amazon

Some guides link to Amazon search results. Following one of these links takes you to Amazon, which has its own privacy notice. Amazon and other third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and similar technologies, to collect information when you visit Amazon or click our links, including to record that you arrived from our site.

As a member of the Amazon Associates program, we receive reports of qualifying purchases and earnings from Amazon. These reports don’t identify you to us. We never send your measurements, size or fit-checker answers to Amazon.

Links to other websites

Brand guides and other pages link to brands’ and retailers’ websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave our site.

Your rights and questions

Depending on where you live, data protection laws (such as UK and EU GDPR or US state privacy laws) may give you rights over your personal information, including access and deletion. Because our tools do not collect your measurements, we hold no record of them. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email info@thebrasize.com or use our contact page. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live, such as your state attorney general in the US or the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) in the UK.
